Memorial website in the memory of your loved one

This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Danny Caggianiello, who was born in Toronto, Ontario on

December 4, 1973.

Danny was an incredible husband, father, son, uncle, brother-in-law and friend.  Without a second thought he always had your back and he would do whatever he could just to see a smile on your face.

He leaves behind a loving wife whom he cherished and adored so much.  He gave her the world and always held her on a pedastool, protecting her and loving her.  He leaves behind a beautiful daughter who will always be "daddy's little girl" and son who will always be his "Troy Aikman".  His family was his world and he will always be their world.

St. Patrick Parish Memorial Butterfly Release

On Saturday July 7, 2007 we gathered at Bruce's Mill to share memories & prayers of our loved ones that have passed away.

As the Indian legend goes, if anyone desires a wish to come true, they must capture a butterfly and whisper that wish to it. Since they make no sound, they can't tell the wish to anyone, but the Great Spirit. So by making the wish and releasing the butterfly it will be taken to the heavens and be granted.

Today we have chosen to keep this tradition alive by performing this unique form of Indian celebration. Please add your own silent wish to assist them on their way.

Life Is Like a Butterfly

Life is like a butterfly,

Softly, Softly....

One never knows why....

It touches your cheek, then says, "Goodbye".

Fragile and sweet, like blooming flowers

Life's loves and trails last only the hours

They touch your heart, then say "goodbye"

Life is like a butterfly

Just Hold My Hand

Don't tell me that you understand, don't tell me that you know
Don't tell me that I will survive, how I will surely grow.
Don't tell me this is just a test, that I am truly blessed
That I am chosen for this task, apart from all the rest.
Don't come at me with answers that can only come from me
Don't tell me how my grief will pass, that I will soon be free.
Don't stand in pious judgement of the bonds I must untie
Don't tell me how to suffer, don't tell me how to cry.
My life is filled with selfishness, my pain is all I see
But I need you, I need your love
Unconditionally.
Accept me in my ups and downs, I need someone to share.
Just hold my hand, and let me cry and say
"My friend, I care

Broken Chain

We little knew that morning,
God was going to call your name,
In life we loved you dearly,
in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
you did not go alone,
For part of us went with you,
the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories,
your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you,
you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
the chain will link again

If Tears Could Build A Stairway

IF TEARS COULD BUILD A STAIRWAY
AND MEMORIES WERE A LANE
I WOULD WALK RIGHT UP TO HEAVEN
TO BRING YOU HOME AGAIN
NO FAREWELL WORDS WERE SPOKEN
NO TIME TO SAY GOODBYE
YOU WERE GONE BEFORE I KNEW IT
AND ONLY GOD KNOWS WHY
MY HEART STILL ACHES WITH SADNESS
AND SECRET TEARS STILL FLOW
WHAT IT MEANT TO LOSE YOU
NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW"

When Tomorrow Starts Without Me

When tomorrow starts without me,
And I'm not there to see;
If the sun should rise and find your eyes
All filled with tears for me;
I wish so much you wouldn't cry
The way you did today,
While thinking of the many things,
We didn't get to say.

I know how much you love me,
As much as I love you,
And each time that you think of me,
I know you'll miss me too;
But when tomorrow starts without me,
Please try to understand,
That an angel came and called my name,
And took me by the hand,
And said my place was ready,
In heaven far above,
And that I'd have to leave behind
All those I dearly love.

But as I turned to walk away,
A tear fell from my eye,
For all my life, I'd always thought,
I didn't want to die.
I had so much to live for,
So much yet to do,
It seemed almost impossible,
That I was leaving you.
I thought of all the yesterdays,
The good ones and the bad,
I thought of all the love we shared,
And all the fun we had.

If I could relive yesterday,
Just even for awhile,
I'd say goodbye and kiss you
And maybe see you smile.
But then I fully realized,
That this could never be,
For emptiness and memories,
Would take the place of me.
And when I thought of worldly things,
I might miss come tomorrow,
I thought of you, and when I did,
My heart was filled with sorrow.

But when I walked through heaven's gates,
I felt so much at home.
When God looked down and smiled at me,
From His great golden throne,
He said "This is eternity,
And all I've promised you."
Today for life on earth is past,
But here it starts anew.
I promise no tomorrow,
But today will always last,
And since each day's the same day
There's no longing for the past.

But you have been so faithful,
So trusting and so true.
Thought there were times you did some things,
You knew you shouldn't do.
But you have been forgiven
And now at last you're free.
So won't you take my hand
And share my life with me?

So when tomorrow starts without me,
Don't think we're far apart,
For every time you think of me,
I'm right here, in your heart.

I'm Everywhere

Please don't mourn for me I'm still here,
though you don't see I'm right by your
side each night and day
And within your heart I long to stay
My body is gone but I'm always near
I'm everything you feel, see or hear
My spirit is free, but I'll never depart
As long as you keep me alive in your heart
I'll never wander out of your sight
I'm the brightest star on a summer night
I'll never be beyond your reach
I'm the warm moist sand when you're at the beach
I'm the colorful leaves when fall comes around
And the pure white snow that blankets the ground
I'm the beautiful flowers of which you're so fond
The clear cool water in a quiet pond
I'm the first bright blossom you'll see in spring
The first warm raindrop that April will bring
I'm the first ray of light when the sun starts to shine
And you'll see that the face in the moon is mine
When you start thinking there's no one to love you
You can talk to me through the Lord above you
I'll whisper my answer through the leaves on the trees
And you'll feel my presence in the soft summer breeze
I'm the hot salty tears that flow when you weep
And the beautiful dreams that come while you sleep
I'm the smile you see on a baby's face
Just look for me, I'm everyplace...

May God Bless You!!
